Return / Refund Policy
Sales are final (NO RETURNS-NO
EXCHANGES)
for All Fabrics,
Oilcloth Type Materials, Oilcloth Type tablecloths and Toiletries.
Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable under any
circumstances.
If item, excluding items listed above, is not
satisfactory, return in same condition within 72 hrs of
reception.
Return Shipping & Insurance charges are to be paid by
customer.
Customer must notify us via email, mail or phone
prior to sending anything back otherwise we will refuse the returned
packages.
Refund will be issued after return of merchandise if merchandise
is returned in same condition than when shipped.
Restocking fee will be 15% of total price.
The above also applies if an order was processed at
the customer's request and cancelled afterwards,
even if package was not yet sent out.
